Holiday Extended Return Policy
‘Tis the season! For purchases made between November 1 and December 31, we extend our return window through January 31 of the following year.

Regular Return Policy (Non-Holiday)
For purchases made outside the holiday period, our standard return policy applies:
- Return window: 30 days from delivery
- Items must be: Unused, with original tags and packaging
- Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility
- Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after receipt
Holiday Returns — Key Dates
Gift Returns
If you received a Emilylyon product as a gift, you can return it without the original purchaser’s order number. Here’s how:
1. Email support@emilylyon.shop with the gift order number (if available) or the recipient’s name and email
2. We’ll locate the order and issue a gift card refund
3. You can use the gift card immediately on lorifaller.shop
Gift return refunds are issued as e-gift cards, regardless of how the original purchase was paid for.

Exchanging a holiday gift? We’ll rush your replacement:
- Free expedited shipping on all exchanges initiated before January 15
